Woof, Wine & Dine. Placer SPCA presents this 21+ food and beverage festival in Roseville’s Vernon Street Town Square from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Expect entertainment, special activities, and pet vendors, plus bites, wine, and craft beer samples from area establishments—all while supporting a great cause. Well-behaved dogs on leashes are encouraged to attend, and there will be a dog-friendly food and beverage tasting experience.
