Slow Stitching for Teens: A Journey in Hand Embroidery

In this beginner slow embroidery class for teens ages 12 to 18, students will learn the art of hand-stitching in a relaxed, creative setting. They’ll explore foundational embroidery techniques such as running stitch, backstitch, satin stitch, and French knots, using colorful embroidery floss to bring their designs to life. Projects will range from simple patterns to personalized artwork, allowing each student to express their unique style. Along the way, they’ll develop patience, fine motor skills, and an appreciation for the mindful, meditative nature of embroidery.
