Chapa-De was established to address the urgent health needs of local native people and over the last 50 years, the health center has experienced tremendous growth. In addition to serving native peoples, Chapa-De welcomes low-income individuals and families in Placer, Nevada, and Sierra counties. Chapa-De is proud to now provide comprehensive healthcare services to over 24,000 active patients.
