The Wyandotte Creek Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA), in coordination with Butte County Department of Water & Resource Conservation and Department of Public Works, is implementing the Palermo Drainage Cleanup Pilot Project to reduce flooding and support groundwater recharge in the Palermo area.
