The installation program, titled "Quota of Gridley: Caring and Sharing Through the Decades," highlighted notable women throughout history whose lives reflected service, leadership and perseverance.

Board members took turns portraying influential women from different eras, wearing period costumes and sharing brief biographies. Beginning with Abigail Adams, portrayed by Davis, participants highlighted the lives and accomplishments of women including Amelia Earhart and Lady Bird Johnson. The program concluded with Hepworth portraying former U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
