BIGGS, CA (YSBC) - Seven Biggs High School seniors’ took the next step and committed to furthering their academic and athletic journeys at the collegiate level on May 13.

All of the athletes' coaches spoke about each athlete and what they meant to their programs as tears were held back and laughter brought noise to the gym floor.

Between the seven athletes, they will be dispersing between four different institutions. Congratulations to the athletes and their families on the journeys they begin to endure.

Butte College: Skyler Long (Football), Ryan Flowers (Basketball) and Hunter Seipert (Basketball)

Shasta College: Russell Cote III (Football)

Puget Sound: Peyton Dake

Feather River College: Emma Bermudez (Softball) and Gracie Sheppard (Softball)
