Couples tying the knot on Valentine’s Day will enjoy a heartfelt experience, complete with a complimentary rose to help mark the occasion. Ceremonies will be held in the Clerk-Recorder’s private ceremony room, which comfortably seats up to 18 family members and friends, allowing loved ones to share in the celebration.
