BIGGS, CA (MPG) – Kari Wheeler returns to her roots with Wheeler Ranch Realty, opening the doors to her new location in hometown Biggs.

Wheeler tells the Gridley Herald she is proud to have purchased and remolded the building located at 476 B. Street and been able to bring her business to the historic corridor of downtown Biggs.

Wheeler stepped onto the real estate scene a few years ago, debuting with Wheeler Ranch and Realty Group. She expanded to an office location on Hazel Street, Gridley, and was joined by multiple new agents.

The entrepreneur has taken her realty business to the next step and cemented with the purchase of the office in Biggs, under the LPT label.

Wheeler Ranch Realty powered by LPT is led by Wheeler and has become a supportive environment that has attracted more than 25 agents, with a goal to mentor and help them grow lucrative careers.

Wheeler says that working with LPT has been wonderful, stating that it does everything to help new agents get started. She hopes that her group will grow to closer to 50 by the end of the year.

The new office features a comfortable lobby for guests, large conference room with a shared workspace off of it which functions as an office for agents to use when on the move or to use to meet with clients. Wheeler keeps a private front office in the front.

Wheeler held an official open house and grand opening complete with ribbon cutting ceremony Friday, Oct. 3, surrounded by members of the Gridley Area Chamber of Commerce, family, friends, supporting public and fellow realtors based in the new office.

Wheeler thanked all in attendance and shared how much it meant to her to be back at home and supported by such a wonderful group of real estate agents.
