Lynne Spencer (center left) was recently recognized by Teri DuBose (center right) for her work within the Gridley community.

GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) – On Tuesday Aug. 5, during Gridley’s National Night Out event held in partnership with the Gridley Area Chamber of Commerce, local law enforcement and the community, local Lynne Spencer was recognized.

Representatives from Congressman Doug LaMalfa’s office, Teri DuBose, presented Spencer with a certificate honoring her for her tireless work withing the community and dedication to the people and City of Gridley.

Spencer currently functions as president of the Chamber of Commerce, serves as part of Rotary International, and volunteers for food insecurity programs, helping to disperse goods to those in need of extra help in the Biggs and Gridley areas.
