Bulldog Softball’s Dominating Ways Return

On Wednesday, April 23 the Bulldogs traveled to Arbuckle to face the Pierce Bears. The Bulldogs crushed the Bears on offense and defense as they started the game off scorching hot, scoring six runs in the first inning, then scoring two in the second, then five, then one, then another five.
The Bulldogs held the Bears to nothing and ended the game early with a final score of 19-0. All but one Bulldog player scored at least one run.
On Friday, April 25 the Bulldogs traveled to Corning to face the Cardinals and once again put on a show. The game started slow with the Bulldogs leading only 1-0 after the first two innings. The slow start quickly ended, as the Bulldogs scored six runs at the top of third, five runs in the fourth, and three runs in the fifth and once again ended the game early with a final score of 15-2. All but one Bulldog player scored at least one run.
The Bulldogs now stand with a 10-4 overall record and 2-2 in league. The Bulldogs will host the Corning Cardinals on April 29, after press time. Then they will host the Oroville Tigers on April 30, after press time.
