GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) - Rehearsals for the spring musical "Rock Solid" began on Tuesday, Jan. 7 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at Gridley Christian Church. Kids four years old through eighth grade are welcome to come on Tuesdays and learn to sing and act in this fun musical that will be performed on Sunday, March 23.

During this energetic musical, two brave teams of hikers are participating in the Summit Challenge.  Along the trail, they encounter various dangers and obstacles. They learn about God's promises for life that keep them going to the finish line.

Participation in Kids' Choir is free and is a rich experience in Christian musical theater. Age-appropriate parts are given. Solos and speaking parts are given to those who want them. Those with speaking parts will work with our amazing drama coach, Mark Johnson. A Bible lesson, memory verse, sign language and snack time are part of the rehearsal time.
