GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) – On Saturday, Sept. 28 the 8U Titans faced off against the Yreka Jr Miners. Unfortunately, the Titans were not able to come out with the victory.

The kids played hard, but as a team they just made too many mistakes.

The captains for the week were Jax Terrell, Xander Beum, Emmitt Burn, and Jace Tuma.

The one bright spot from the 28 - 7 loss to the Miners was when #87 Adrian Thao (aka BIG THAO) intercepted the ball and returned it for 45-yard touchdown.

The 8U Titans are looking forward to getting back in the win column this week versus the West Valley Jr. Eagles.
