GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) - Blood donors are especially appreciated during the summer, as it is typically a time of shortages. When you donate July 28 to Aug. 29, you’ll be automatically entered for a chance to win one of two $10,000 gift cards–plus, you’ll get a $10 gift card via Vitalant Donor Rewards in thanks.

Area donors are encouraged to participate in the Vitalant drive this Tuesday, July 30, from 4 to 7 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 400 Spruce Street. Walk-ins are welcome. Please eat well and stay hydrated throughout the day. Water and refreshments will also be available at the blood drive.
