GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) - Gridley Christian Church will hold Music Camp July 15 to 21 for kids four years old through eighth grade. Monday through Friday, the kids will meet from 3 to 5 p.m. to learn five great songs from the “Who, What, When, Where, Why” mini-musical. Four Bible lessons will be taught, highlighting the importance of having a relationship with Jesus.  Kids will also learn simple choreography to go with the songs and learn sign language to memorize a Bible verse.  The older group of kids will learn to play two songs using song bells. The younger group will learn basic rhythm patterns using rhythm instruments. Crafts, snacks, and recreation will round out our time together.

On Saturday July 20, the dress rehearsal will be held from 1 to 2 p.m.  On Sunday, two performances of the mini musical will be at 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

This should be a fun week for kids.  There is no charge for participation in Music Camp. Call Bonnie at 530-933-9845 to register your child.
