LIVE OAK, CA (MPG) - Get ready to break out the beanies and mittens, Santa is making one last loop through town before heading back to the North Pole for the “big day.”

On Thursday, December 21st, Santa and his friends at Live Oak Fire Department and Live Oak Parks and Recreation will treat the community to a cruise through town so that Santa can visit all the girls and boys.

The tour will start at 6 p.m., beginning at the Premier Meadows housing development on the eastern side of Highway 99, and at the same time on the west side of the highway at the north end of Broadway Street.

Santa plans to make a few stops along the way to rest and give those that don’t live along his planned routes the chance to stop and say hello. The Live Oak High School parking lot and Live Oak Middle School will be pit stops on the eastern leg of the tour, while the parks on Pennington and off Musgrave will be his stops on the western route.
