GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) - In honor of our nation’s fallen servicemen and women and in recognition of those still serving, the Gridley-Biggs Military Veterans Court of Honor invites area residents to join us for our annual Memorial Day Ceremony and observances. This year’s featured speaker is Lieutenant Colonel Michael McCarthy, USAR (Ret.), a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The ceremony will conclude with a fighter jet flyover by pilots from the 9th Reconnaissance Wing at Beale Air Force Base.
