GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) - The Chamber scissors were busy last week, helping four EXP Realtors celebrate the Grand Opening of their new office.

The EXP office officially opened its doors for a celebratory open house and ribbon cutting Friday, September 9th from 5:00-8:00 pm. The office will be a hub for EXP Realtors, Sarah Haynes, Denise Hicks, Monica Martinez and Kari Wheeler, who work independently under EXP Realty.

Before the Gridley Area Chamber of Commerce helped the ladies of EXP cut the ribbon, guests were warmly welcomed to tour the facility and enjoy free ice cream sundaes while getting to know the four realtors. Over the course of the evening the EXP group had roughly 60 guests. “We were just thrilled to see everyone come out to support us,” Wheeler said, “We are really excited about this!”

As the ladies in EXP blue moved outside to cut the ribbon, Wheeler took a moment to thank all that had come out in support of the realtors and the new office. She shared that their hope was that the office would not only be a hub for the independent EXP Realtors, but also a place for the community. The group plans to hold fun community events in the future such as sip and paint nights in order to really build a sense of community with the public it serves.
