Blood Drive Will Help Ease Holiday Shortage

GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) - Vitalant is offering a $5 Amazon gift card to blood donors who donate through November 30. A local opportunity to do that is coming up Tuesday November 30 from 2-7 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 400 Spruce Street.
Vitalant now encourages donors to make online appointments. To make an appointment, go to donors.vitalant.org and select Blood Drive Code SMFR034 or scan the QR code in the flyer or call Vitalant 530-893-5433 (you will need to create a Vitalant account). Donors with appointments will receive priority; however, walk-ins are welcome.
Face masks are required to donate. Also, 16 and 17-year-olds can donate with parent permission. For more information, please see the Facebook event on the “Gridley Stake Friends & Community” page.
