GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) – Beta Sigma Phi sorority has named Ms. Virginia Faulk “Woman of the Year.”

The Beta Omega Master chapter of the sorority awarded Faulk with the group’s highest honor at their June 2020 meeting. Faulk has been an active and dedicated member in the local chapter for 64 years, playing a pivotal part in the sisterhood and its fundraising efforts. The chapter wishes to congratulate Faulk publicly and is incredibly proud of her.

Beta Sigma Phi was founded in 1931 as a social club for women whose husbands were away at war. Since then it has grown to become an international sorority and is the largest organization of its kind world-wide. The fun-loving group of ladies specialize in philanthropic endeavors with much of their fundraising efforts going to the Scleroderma Foundation, Lupus, Cystic Fibrosis, and the Stanford Kidney Research Fund.
