GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) - With Covid 19 cases increasing in Gridley and mask wearing being mandatory in public places this is a reminder that the Gridley Lions are making masks for free. Over 360 masks have already been made and distributed throughout the community.  Wearing masks along with social distancing has been cited as successful methods to help slow down the transmission of Covid 19.  These masks do not protect against full exposure to Covid 19.  The masks do keep the tiny droplets everyone breathes out from entering common air space.  If not for yourself wear them for others.

These home-made masks are 100% pre-washed cotton in two layers, great for summer.  They can be washed and dried.  They are made in a variety of prints without personal choice.  These home-made-masks are being made and distributed throughout Gridley for free.  If, you are interested in having masks for yourself and your loved ones please call: 530-680-5146.
