GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) - The time has come for one of the most exciting times in the Little League season. From the middle of June to the end of August little leaguers all over the world compete in All-Star tournaments for a shot to play in the Little League World Series. Although the majors baseball tournament is the most glorified to the world, each division gets its respective tournament and championship.

Gridley Little League will be sending five teams to the All-Star tournaments this year. The minors baseball team will be managed by Roberto Esparza with coaching help from Bryan Clark and Mo Santillan. The players selected to the Minors Baseball All-Star team are: Alex Esparza, Benny Dewsnup, Carson Muzzy, Carson Nako, Chance Brazzel, Johnny Delgado, Kasey Clark, Manny Romo, Marcus Duncan, Mateo Santillan, Rex McWilliams, and Trey Rosser.

The players selected to the Minors Softball All-Star team are: Addison Andes, Alexis Alcantar, Andrea Guillen, Aubree Vaughan, Avery Mendenhall, Caysley Hepworth, Chevie Crislip, Delanie Cloyd, Molly Nichols, Natily McClellan, Tatiana Rivero, and Whitney Clark. The team will be managed by Tiffany Andes with coaching help from Andy McClellan and Cody Cloyd.

The majors baseball team will be managed by Jason Davis with coaching help from Eddie Punzo and Dan Zumwalt. The players selected to the Majors Baseball All-Star team are: Aaron Kullar, Asher Kimberling, Bikram Kullar, Duffy Villalobos, Eli Punzo, Gus Stogsdill, Jace Lewellen, Jack Sannar, Jason Davis, Luis Murillo, Nathan Zumwalt, and Tanner Tillotson.

The majors softball All-Star team will be managed by Randy Stevens with help from Josh Porcayo and Vince Sormano. The players selected to the Majors Softball All-Star team are: Addy McClellan, Alexus Porcayo, Allex Speer, Alyssa Thompson, Charity Archer, Charlee Sormano, Danika Montero, Emorry Long, Kirsten Muzzy, Kirtan Kalkat, Nellie Ratcliff, Reese Stevens, and Sofia Roush.

The players selected to the Juniors Baseball All-Star team are: Aiden Gomez, Alejandro Santillan, Andrew Englemann, Bryar McWilliams, Cesario Villalobos, Emmett Smallwood, Joel Garcia, Kendall Witt, Khris Charlton, Luis Corona, Nick Torres, Zach Smith, and Zen Opal. The juniors baseball team will be managed by Baldy Torres, with coaching help from Claudio Gonzalez and Jon Smith.

Biggs Little League has three teams going to All-Stars this year. The players selected to the Minors Baseball All-Star team are: Aydin Owen, Berlin Martin, Brayden Martin, Caden Garcia, Cashten Acosta, Collin Beck, Dennis Dewhurst, Gage Meyer, Hudson Brewer, Jaiden Bandy, Kobe Parker, and Tucker Martson. The team will be managed by Matt Martin, with coaching help from Mike Buck and Justin Parker.

The players selected to the Minors Softball All-Star team are: Arden Vines, Brittany Lewis, Daisy Seipert, Emma Bermudez, Emmy Ibarra, Gracie Sheppard, Kaedence Lowry, Kaydenze Pruitt, Leighton Meyer, Mckenzie Tanner, Rhegan Jones, and Riley Harrison. Tera Pruitt will be the manager with coaching help from Billie Pruitt and Ashley Tanner.

The players selected to the Majors Softball All-Star team are: Addie Scott, Allie Little, Jazmin Ibarra, Jessie Avram, Kloe Seipert, Lexi Castro, Madison Garcia, Mailey Seipert, Olivia Nanez, Sierra Swanson, and Tori Williams. The team will be managed by Josh Garcia with coaching help from Shawn Williams and Lisa Seipert.
