A car wash and bake sale are being planned for three-year-old Robby Byers of Biggs. Robby is Autistic and desperately needs a service dog to help with his anxiety and meltdowns. Robby tends to wander or bolt away from his parents Travis and Andrena Byers of Biggs and a service dog would be at his side to make sure he does not get in harms way.
