		<description><![CDATA[The Biggs Carnegie Library will celebrate 105 years of continuous operation on Saturday, April 20, 2013 from 10 a.m., to 1 p.m. Biggs City Council members approved a Proclamation for this event and agreed to present it at the event. The community of Biggs applied for and received a $5,000 Carnegie Grant in 1906 to build the library designed by A.J. Bryan and built by Hustable and Losser.
