Happening today

Today is the deadline to sign up for "Obamacare." Last week the Obama administration said that 6 million people had signed up, short of the 7 million it had anticipated, but a relative success after the initial hiccups of the enrollment process. Officials say the success of the program won't be known, however, until after Obamacare is fully functioning.
