Each week during the school year, the Gridley Herald will honor one male high school student and one female high school student as Round Tables' Athlete of the Week. The recipients receive a pass entitling them to a free small one toping pizza from Round Table Pizza, located at 1516 Highway 99, Gridley, CA - (530) 846-8077, and they are feature in the Friday issue of the Gridley Herald. If you know of a local high school athlete that deserves to be the Gridley Herald's Athlete of the Week, presented by Round Table Pizza, contact Sports Reporter Corey Roberts at croberts@gridleyherald.com. Please include a portrait of the athlete and the reason they should be considered for Athlete of the Week.
