Although he spent his adult life in the Bay Area, Joe never forgot his roots, and continued to share good times and memories with his family and friends in Gridley. Joe spent his professional life as a stock broker, and at the time of his death was Vice President of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, in Oakland, California.
Joe was preceded in death by his father, Al Costa.
