Researchers from Asia say they have found a fossil of a human that is unlike anything yet discovered, CNN reported. The fossil — a jawbone — was discovered by a Taiwanese fisherman several years ago, and scientists have been studying it since then. They say the molars of the human are so different from other types that it is likely a different kind of human, and one who lived perhaps 200,000 years ago. The new human is being called Penghu 1, after the area where it was found.
