The Gridley Chapter of the California Deer Association is sponsoring a Hunter Education class on Saturday, March 10, 2018. The class will be held at the Butte County Fairgrounds, Flower Bowl building, 199 E. Hazel Street, Gridley, California. The class will start at 8 a.m. sharp and conclude by 5 p.m. The cost of the class is $20 per person and snacks and a BBW lunch are included. To sign up you must go the the Fish and Wildlife website to establish a GO I.D., www.wildlife.ca.gov/hunter-education. Once there, click on Traditional Classes where there will be a link to get you GO I.D. Once you have a GO I.D., put in the sip code 95948. This should display the Gridley class and you can then register for that class. Once registered, you need to go to Ace hardware in Gridley to pay the registration fee and pick up your study book.
