The City of Gridley Public Works crew is taking advantage of the wonderful spring-like weather and making many great improvements for Gridley Little League. First off, improvements have been made to the restrooms, including new doors. Along with that, new steps and pads have been poured for both dug-outs so that they won't be underwater during the rainy season. Also, large poles have been installed at each side of the bleachers for a canopy to be installed for summer shade which will be very much appreciated in the warm temperatures.

Another project in the works is a pad to be poured between the bathrooms and the snack bar along with the announcers stand to be painted.

On Washington Street near the tennis courts, an ADA driveway is another project in the works to be available for the Lions Den.

It is a busy time for the Public Works crew as they complete sidewalk projects throughout town.
