The introduction and First Reading of an ordinance repealing and replacing Title 13 of the Municipal Code regarding water and sewer services will be heard tonight, August 2, 2017 at 6 p.m., in the Live Oak City Council Chambers.
The full agenda will include a public hearing regarding the Utility Service Lien List for Fiscal Year 2016/2017.
A resolution for Unclaimed Funds Escheatment Policy will be considered to establish and implement policies and procedures. Another resolution approval sought by staff will be the confirmation of Special Assessments for Fire Protection and Lighting Maintenance for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 for the Lighting and Maintenance Assessment District of the City of Live Oak.
Council will consider the adoption of Resolution 38-2017 approving Formation of Live Oak Park and Recreation District Ad-hoc Committee.
Council could possibly act to declare intent to create Underground Utility District No. 1 along Highway 99 corridor from Ash Street to Ramsdell Drive and schedule a public hearing.
