Kindergarten through eight grade students attending the Kids.com Summer Program at Biggs Elementary, are having a lot more than fun this summer!  Kids.com is running an all day program at Biggs Elementary through July 17.

The morning academic schedule includes a daily theme based on the Options for Reading and Math Program, which includes science, history, reading, math and language arts.  The students spend the afternoon participating in the Kid City curriculum.  Each class named and organized their own city, complete with businesses and elected officials.  The businesses will be open to the public on Friday, July 10, and Friday, July 17, from 8:30 to 1 p.m., in the front of Biggs Elementary School.  Stop by and shop!  Students have everything from coffee, baked goods, lemonade, hot dogs, corn dogs, sodas, candy, jewelry, handmade items, movies, ice cream, seeds and plants, books, games, stuffed animals. and entertainment.  Browse the New 2 U Yard sale, have lunch, enjoy some entertainment, play video games and get your car washed at one stop.  For more information, contact Robin Swanson, District Coordinator at 693-1719.
