  • False bomb threat leads to probation, fines

  • Gridley-Biggs Police were successful in the prosecution of Kasey Raelynn Burgess for the false reporting of a bomb threat, a misdemeanor, in February of this year at Mary’s Gone Crackers at 100 Kentucky Street. The Butte County District Attorney's Office confirmed that Mrs. Burgess was sentenced to 36 months probation with 180 days incarceration which was suspended, along with restitution, fines and court fees.
