She retired from Butte County Department of Social Services as an Administrative Hearing Supervisor in 2010. Jeni was also a singer. In her 20's she sang in a band and was quite a rock and roller. She most loved being a mother to her daughter Sabrina. She also loved reading and studying the Bible.
Jeni was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Jimmy Carter. She is survived by her daughter Sabrina, her brother Robert Carter, her sister-in-law Cheryl (Jimmy's wife) and her love and partner Dino Bressler.
Jeni's friends and daughter will be having a “Celebration of Life” at the Biggs Park on the corner of B and 8th Streets on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 11 a.m. There will be hot dogs and water. Bring your favorite potluck dish and help us celebrate the life of Jeni Casaulong. There will be a balloon release at 12:00.
