  • A plaque presented to Ed Miller Friday, September 7, 2012, states appreciation “For his 50 years of dedication to the football program at Biggs High School as a coach for five years and head of the chain gang for 45 years.
        “This true dedication is very special to the school and the players through those 50 years.”
        Miller supported the teams over the years by traveling to away games and has a remarkable ability to remember most players, their numbers and many of the scores of the games.
        Serving as an exceptional role model over the many years for the students, Miller asked to encourage everyone to attend the Biggs High Football games and support the teams.
        “Thank you for this recognition and effort of the Biggs High School Alumni,” Miller stated.
